Alex joined Waller Capital as an analyst in June 2008. His responsibilities include providing financial and valuation analysis, performing due diligence and assisting in writing offering documents for M&A and capital raising transactions.
Prior to joining Waller Capital, Alex worked with Bear Stearns & Co. as an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group.
Alex graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a BS in Finance. |
