Mr. Stengel is a Managing Director at Waller Capital Partners and leads the firm's Digital Media practice where he provides merger, acquisition and financing services to high growth companies.
Mr. Stengel was previously a senior banker at Morgan Stanley where he worked closely with leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies on leveraged acquisitions, debt and equity financings and principal investing assignments with a focus on the Technology, Media and Telecom sectors.
Mr. Stengel previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Co., JPMorgan and was a founding partner at eColony, a $125mm venture capital fund where he served as a Managing Director focused on internet and e-commerce companies.
Mr. Stengel has an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
