Mr. Brandon has over 13 years of Wall Street experience, including 10 years as an investment banker in the media and entertainment industries. He is responsible for client relationships, business development and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Waller, Mr. Brandon was with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
where he was a banker in the Media and Entertainment Investment Banking division. Mr. Brandon was previously a corporate attorney with Latham & Watkins. Mr. Brandon began his career in 1990 as an antitrust litigator with the United States Federal Trade Commission.
Mr. Brandon has worked with most of the leading media and entertainment companies and has executed over 60 advisory and financing transactions totaling $20 billion. He has led several multi-billion-dollar landmark transactions, such as the sale of Young & Rubicam and R.H. Donnelley's purchases of the Sprint and SBC-Don Tech directories business.
Mr. Brandon holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School (Palmer Scholar).
