Mr. Clausman is a Vice President at Waller Capital and is responsible for client relationships, valuation and financial analysis, and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Waller, Mr. Clausman was with Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS) where he concentrated on both principal investing activities within VSS’s private equity affiliate as well as third party advisory services. During his career Mr. Clausman has executed transactions for clients in the media, communications and information sectors including: Centennial Communications, Century Tel, TVMAX, eGIX, Disney Worldwide Publishing, Clipper Magazine, Golden State Towers, Canon Communications, Quebecor World and White Directory Publishers.
Mr. Clausman is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland. |
