Michael is a Vice President at Waller Capital and is responsible for transaction execution, client relationships, business development and valuation and financial analysis. During his career, Michael has executed over $5 billion of M&A, equity and debt transactions. Since joining Waller Capital in 2005, Michael has advised on transactions involving WideOpenWest, Sigecom, Blue Ridge Cable Technologies, Zodiac Interactive and Amedia Networks, among others.
Prior to joining Waller Capital, Michael was an analyst in the Corporate Finance department at Fox-Pitt, Kelton, where he advised clients on M&A transactions and public equity offerings. Michael was also an analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he advised middle-market companies on M&A transactions and private placements of debt and equity securities.
