| Waller Capital Adds Three Bankers, Including Michael E. Anderson to
Lead Broadcasting Practice |

Waller Capital Partners, LLC announced today the additions of Michael Anderson, Rahul Jain and Garrett Wentzell to its New York-based team.
Mr. Anderson will lead the firm’s Broadcasting practice and be responsible for M&A, restructuring and advisory services to radio & television broadcasters, as well as other media companies. He was previously a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. where he led the firm's Broadcasting and Cable franchise. “I am excited to be joining a firm with such a premier reputation in media and communications, and a long history of providing its clients with conflict-free advice.” said Mr. Anderson. “Broadcasters are facing unprecedented financial and operational changes, and Waller Capital is uniquely positioned to help operators, owners and investors navigate challenges and identify opportunities in this new environment.”

Mr. Anderson has had over twenty-two years of Wall Street experience, with the vast majority of that time focused on the Media and Communications industry. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Anderson worked at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for the Media Group's broadcasting practice. Formerly, he was co-head of the Media and Telecommunications Group at Smith Barney at the time of its merger with Salomon Brothers, and he began his career with Kidder Peabody. He is the President of Cunningham Broadcasting and is a principal of iPORT Media, a digital network serving the health care industry. Additionally, Mr. Anderson helped found and is a board member of China Auto Care, a Beijing based company that serves the automotive aftermarket. Mr. Anderson has an M.B.A. from Columbia University, graduating with top honors, and a B.S. from Cornell University. Prior to going to business school, Mr. Anderson served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he was a Lieutenant at the time of his discharge.
Rahul Jain joins Waller from the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. He formerly worked at The Carlyle Group and graduated from Columbia University. Garrett Wentzell was formerly an Investment Banker at Barclays Capital, and graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
