Suddenlink Agrees to Purchase Greenwood, Miss., Cable System

Suddenlink Communications today announced a definitive agreement with Windjammer Communications, LLC, for Suddenlink to purchase Windjammer's cable system serving approximately 8,200 customers in the community and surrounding areas of Greenwood, Miss. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Suddenlink already provides TV, Internet, and phone services to customers in Greenville, Miss., approximately 50 miles west of Greenwood. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter this year.
