Prior to joining Waller Capital, Mr. Brubaker was, President/CEO of Susquehanna Media Co., where he was responsible for Susquehanna Radio Co., the nation’s eleventh largest Radio group; Susquehanna Communications, the nation’s seventeenth largest Cable MSO; and Susquehanna Technologies, a software solutions provider. Mr. Brubaker began his career with Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. in 1977 and advanced to Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 1980. He held this position until 1995 when he was named President of Susquehanna Media Co, a subsidiary formed in 1993.
Mr. Brubaker served as a Director of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association, Cable Television Laboratories, the Cable Center and the Pennsylvania Cable Network. He has been an active advocate for improving the school readiness of Pennsylvania’s children as a founding Director of “Focus on Our Future”, as a member of the Pennsylvania Business Community’s Early Care and Education Task Force, as Chairman of Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children and as a member of the Advisory Council for Pennsylvania’s Children’s Health Insurance Program. Mr. Brubaker holds a BA from Wesleyan University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
