Rajive Kumar is a Vice President at Waller Capital and has six years investment banking experience within the telecom and media industry. He is responsible for providing financial and valuation analysis, performing due diligence and writing offering documents for M&A and capital raising transactions.
Prior to Waller, Rajive was an investment banker at RBS and Wachovia Securities in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) group.
Rajive graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.
