Mr. Malone has over 30 years of Investment Banking experience, the vast majority spent in the Media and Communications Industries. Prior to joining Waller, Mr. Malone was with RBC Capital Markets and RBC Daniels. He was the Group Head of The Private Capital Group at Daniels & Associates which led the firm's efforts in the Private Placement of debt and equity securities for customers in the Communications industries. In addition to Private Placements, Mr. Malone also provided advisory services for Mergers and Acquisitions for customers.
Prior to joining Daniels in 2001, he was a Managing Director at Chase Securities in the Acquisition Finance Group. He also spent more than 10 years in Chase's Media and Communications Group, as well as in the Global Syndicated Finance group. Mr. Malone has an undergraduate degree in business from St. John's University and an MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, he was Peace Corp Volunteer for more than 2 years in Kenya where he helped form an Agricultural Cooperative Development Bank.
