private-equity backed consolidators. We have assisted
these clients by raising private capital for network build-outs,
divesting non-strategic markets, funding acquisitions
and selling undeveloped FCC licenses.
Recently, we have been very active as an advisor to
wireless innovators as they have used new technologies
and business models to expand the wireless landscape.
